This requires us to remove the spout with the failed diverter and replacing with a new one in brush nickle to match the shower handle finish. Tested new diverter and worked properly. Added caulking around the new tub spout. Explains to customer that she could not use the shower for at least 24 hours so that the caulking had enough time to dry properly.
