Arrived for no cool call. Found unit to have bad capacitor. Replaced cap and unit Started. Found blower wheel and evaporator coil severely impacted with dust and debris. Also found signs indicating low refrigerant charge. Must return to clean system and recheck pressures to accurately diagnose. Furnace 26 years old. Ac 20 years old.
