Client called us out today due to water coming out of secondary condensation line and staining the floor. After inspection found both systems were tied into the primary condensation line. Water damage underneath older system, brought to clients attention. Client has agreed to cut and remove PVC and blowout with nitrogen. Perform task and tested operations. Water is cleanly flowing into drain. Explained if water is still coming out of secondary condensation line there may be a crack on the drain pan. Client will pay invoice through email.
