Had airflow issues after new ducting. Did a great job addressing our issues. Definitely happy to be part of the Thompson family.
Dylan did an outstanding job helping us with our downstairs A/C unit. He was very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable! Great service all around - thanks!
Thompson was recommended by a friend who had used them. I am so glad she suggested them. The service, professionalism, timeliness and products are all top-notch as were the techs on the jobsite. We highly recommend them. Their pricing was WONDERFUL when we compared it to their competitors!
No one loves to spend money on AC issues. Dylan made the process as painless as possible. Was great with my kitty also. Nice to hear he is a Marine vet. Happy to be a new member of the Thompson family. Will recommend to friends and co-workers in our local area. Very thankful him and Trevor were able to tag team the ducting work we were also getting done. There was no need for double work. I appreciate the thought that was put into everything as he saved us time and money by preventing redundancy.
Technician was thorough, polite and professional! Great service!
I feel lucky to have found Thompson Plumbing. From scheduling an appointment with Ellie to Delfino coming out to diagnose the problem. There was great communication throughout from Ellie. I found Delfino respectful, courteous and very easy to deal with.
Dylan was expedient, courteous, and thorough with his explanation of the problem. Thank you!
Ignacio Villanueva is so skilled with what he does and patiently explained what was the problem and provided resolution th o It.
Thompson has done a great job for us installing a new AC unit. The entire process from bid to installation was carefully and professionally handled. The pricing was much more competitive than others we got bids from, and nothing was sacrificed in getting this good value.
For this job we replaced a 50 gallon water heater that was no longer working. Customer tried to re light the unit but it would not stay lit. Unit was approximately 7 years old. We installed a new Bradford White 50 gallon water heater. Added new supply lines, new expansion tank, new gas line and sediment trap. We also installed a new expansion tank and set the pressure to 65 psi. Comes with a 2 year warranty on the water heater from Thompson.
Performed the heating maintenance on the system that heats the living room / dinning room ( the one that functions) and diagnosed a faulty control board for the north side unit. Played an order for the board but waitin to hear back about the wiring harness. Return trip will be to replace the control board and complete the heating maintenance on the north side system.
Upon arrival we performed a quick evaluation of the faucet areas for the bathrooms and kitchen. We found that the angle stops underneath in the cabinet areas are seized and do not turn on or off and require replacement. (Total of 8 angle stops and supply lines need replacement) The angle stops need to be replaced before the new customer supplied faucets are installed. In order to properly replace these angle stops we would need to cut a section of drywall underneath every sink except the kitchen area. (Master bathroom and hallway bathroom would need sections of drywall removed) We would reconfigure the copper located in the cavity to stub out from the wall in order to properly install the new angle stops. We would then install the customer supplied faucets and pop up assemblies. We wrote up an appropriate estimate for the scope of work detailed above.

Arrived for no cool call. Found unit low on charge. Due to age and refrigerant type replacement is recommended. Unit 15 years old. Furnace 8 years old.
Condensor that is part of the upstairs system had a extremely weak dual run cap, fan functioned but the compressor was not able to start. Replaced the dual run cap with the higher quality turbo run cap and tested the system. System is now functioning. 11 YEARS OLD BOTH SYSTEMS.
Capacitor failed and in turn the fuses failed also.
This estimate is to replace a 1 inch pressure regulator valve in the home as it is no longer adequately regulating the pressure and actually turns off the water to the home if we attempt to adjust the set screw. We will need to turn the water off to the home for approximately an hour. We will replace the 1 inch PRV. We will check for leaks and proper function after installation Furthermore this estimate includes replacement of the angle stop for toilet located in the upstairs master bathroom and disposal of the master bathroom toilet. We will check for leaks and proper function on the toilet installed We performed work as stated above No leaks New parts are functioning appropriately at this time We were unable to install the toilet as this time due to the new toilet being damaged inside of the box.
