For this job we installed a ne Noritz ez tr50 tankless heater. Price includes the removal and disposal of the old unit and the mounting of the new tankless. We also ran a 2 inch pvc vent to the exterior of the home. ( right side) . We also installed new isolation valves as well as a new shut off valve to the unit. We will also run a new the condensation line to the outside of the home. We offer a 2 year warranty on all parts and labor.
