Upon arrival we performed a quick evaluation of the faucet areas for the bathrooms and kitchen. We found that the angle stops underneath in the cabinet areas are seized and do not turn on or off and require replacement. (Total of 8 angle stops and supply lines need replacement) The angle stops need to be replaced before the new customer supplied faucets are installed. In order to properly replace these angle stops we would need to cut a section of drywall underneath every sink except the kitchen area. (Master bathroom and hallway bathroom would need sections of drywall removed) We would reconfigure the copper located in the cavity to stub out from the wall in order to properly install the new angle stops. We would then install the customer supplied faucets and pop up assemblies. We wrote up an appropriate estimate for the scope of work detailed above.
