Water heater bursted with in it self causing water damage around it. We will Install a tankless unit to current California code. Vent will terminate out side. Will haul away old unit. Install condensation line to out side. T&P line had to be adjusted to new set up. pre filter unit was install, recommend inspecting/servicing the unit every year to keep warranty in good standings. All new copper and ball valve, gas line adjusted with new ball valve.
