Chris was great! But I'm not stoked on what I was charged for the part. I looked it up during the appointment, a 70+5 mfd 440/370v motor run capacitor replacement is ~$30 and the "part" was listed as over $400 on the iPad screen. Mentally, I justified it as 1) I need my AC to work right now and 2) I'll concede that there's no labor charge broken out or "included." I won't leave a bad review because it's business, but I am not stoked on the cost. If it wasn't urgent I would have shopped around and maybe the price is competitive, but just not a good feeling seeing the difference.
