Our air heat pump ran perfectly the first four years and then Freon leaking started to take place. The leaking problem was worked on many times over the last three years. Your service people were always professional, timely, knowledgeable and communicated well with us about the situation. They also spent a lot of time working with Fujitsu to correct the problem. Our family has entrusted TM Johnson Bros. with our major appliance purchases, maintenance, and repairs, for decades. In our experience service has been consistently reliable and timely, and the technicians are skilled and friendly. During this time of pandemic we are cautious with protocol as we have have several family members who are at risk. The TM Johnson Bros. specialists were respectful with social distancing and wore masks when working inside our home. Jesse recently completed the annual inspection of our furnace and ac units and, altho they are nearing the end of the expected duration for each, he offered his assessment as to their current functioning and his honest opinion about their potential longevity. We appreciated this information, as that provided our family with another option. Instead of quickly replacing and incurring greater expense we were able to have each repaired, tuned up, and we will revisit this issue next year and plan accordingly. The plumbing and heating specialists from TMJohnson Bros. were extremely helpful with the challenges we have experienced with these systems this winter. They responded in a timely manner to the initial emergency situation, accommodated our schedule for the additional follow-up work needed, demonstrated expertise, skill, and persistence as they worked to resolve the problems, communicated information about technical equipment and methods involved in understandable terms as this was all new to us, guided us with decision-making, suggested ways to prevent future damage and to offer further protection for our family, and they all exhibited a pleasant and respectful manner throughout the service delivery. Numerous employees were involved, and all interactions were positive from the frequent consults by telephone starting with the receptionist, through the in-person service visits from the plumbing and heating specialists for the variety of services needed, such as repairs, inspections, installation of specialized equipment, and further consultation with the company owner.
