Our family has entrusted TM Johnson Bros. with our major appliance purchases, maintenance, and repairs, for decades. In our experience service has been consistently reliable and timely, and the technicians are skilled and friendly. During this time of pandemic we are cautious with protocol as we have have several family members who are at risk. The TM Johnson Bros. specialists were respectful with social distancing and wore masks when working inside our home. Jesse recently completed the annual inspection of our furnace and ac units and, altho they are nearing the end of the expected duration for each, he offered his assessment as to their current functioning and his honest opinion about their potential longevity. We appreciated this information, as that provided our family with another option. Instead of quickly replacing and incurring greater expense we were able to have each repaired, tuned up, and we will revisit this issue next year and plan accordingly.
