The plumbing and heating specialists from TMJohnson Bros. were extremely helpful with the challenges we have experienced with these systems this winter. They responded in a timely manner to the initial emergency situation, accommodated our schedule for the additional follow-up work needed, demonstrated expertise, skill, and persistence as they worked to resolve the problems, communicated information about technical equipment and methods involved in understandable terms as this was all new to us, guided us with decision-making, suggested ways to prevent future damage and to offer further protection for our family, and they all exhibited a pleasant and respectful manner throughout the service delivery. Numerous employees were involved, and all interactions were positive from the frequent consults by telephone starting with the receptionist, through the in-person service visits from the plumbing and heating specialists for the variety of services needed, such as repairs, inspections, installation of specialized equipment, and further consultation with the company owner.
