Great service and attention to detail

Provided detailed explanation of products and benefits. Had a downstairs system replaced and based on performance and results decided to have the 11 year old upstairs unit replaced with same brand. Very pleased with service and technicians very friendly, prompt and took extra care to keep their work neat while in/out of home.

Knows what we need!

After several months of issues, our AC unit needed replacing. We were very happy with Austin. He was honest about what was wrong and the best solution.

Response from Triple Play Home Services:

Thank you Tom! We do appreciate your kind words about Austin and how well he served you! I do know that we fell short of the 5th star due to being slightly higher in price, but I hope we change your mind that our service is always 5 Star and you will be well taken care of! Have an amazing fall!

No cooling service call on an Amana unit. The unit wasn't coming on. The float switch was tripped due to the condensation line being unleveled causing water to back flow. Installed a new line and everything was back up and running.

Arrived on location for no heat call found it to be a fault in the basic comfort control system diagnosed it to be an electrical issue causing the thermostat not to work in heat mode. Only replacing thermostat to fix the issue that we are having with this customer’s comfort.

I was called to a customer's home to diagnose a problem with their Lennox air handling unit. After thoroughly inspecting the system, I discovered that the constant fan motor running was caused by a stuck switch in the heat accessory kit. I provided the customer with several options for repair, including a bandaid fix, a premium repair solution, and a temporary solution to keep the system operable until the repair could be made.

1. **Duct Cleaning**: This involves removing dust, debris, and contaminants from the ductwork of your heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) system. Over time, ducts can accumulate a variety of particles, including dust, allergens, and mold, which can affect air quality and system efficiency. Professional duct cleaning typically includes: - Inspection of the ducts - Use of specialized tools to dislodge contaminants - High-powered vacuum systems to remove debris 2. **Sanitizing**: After cleaning, sanitizing the ducts helps eliminate any remaining bacteria, mold, or allergens. This process often involves applying a disinfectant or antimicrobial solution to the duct surfaces. Sanitizing can help improve air quality and reduce the risk of health issues related to poor indoor air quality.

I am an HVAC service technician, and I recently completed a Fall safety heating inspection on a system carrier 80% furnace. The inspection involved verifying all venting to be correct, ensuring the proper sequence of operation of the unit without interruptions, inspecting the unit for any visible damage on the heat exchanger, and testing the unit for carbon monoxide levels. I noted some issues with the customer's unit and documented
