I was called to a customer's home to diagnose a problem with their Lennox air handling unit. After thoroughly inspecting the system, I discovered that the constant fan motor running was caused by a stuck switch in the heat accessory kit. I provided the customer with several options for repair, including a bandaid fix, a premium repair solution, and a temporary solution to keep the system operable until the repair could be made.
