Technician arrived on site for a routine safety heating tuneup checking over all electrical components no limited to blower motors inducer motors. All safety devices limit switches did an extensive CO test to prevent any dangerous gases from being admitted into the home check temporize didn’t find any hazardous problems with his heater, had his heat exchanger replaced one year ago found a flame sensor and ductwork to be a little bit dirty recommend those preventative upgrades. System is working good at this time.

Completed Fall safety Inspection on Daikin 96% furnace with zone control , tested to verify each zone operating well without any issues of overheating , verified that airflow is sufficient inspected gas supply for any leaks , no surge protection on system to protect against and power surges , no carbon monoxide present in home , provided customer with some solutions and walked them through each solution to help protect and enhance the system
This customers AC unit hasn't been cooling right all summer, so when I came out I checked his freon levels and they were seeming low, after further checks I found a restriction in the metering device.

I found a faulty flame sensor and dirty blower recommended fixing that part and cleaning her system for better functioning of her heater.
Arrived on site to do a routine hvac maintenance for winter/heating season, I checked over all electrical motors and components to ensure they were running up to manufacture specifications, I also checked all safety’s and limit switches associated with the natural gas pilot and ignition. Performed extensive CO test for safety purposes. I found the customers inducer motor amp draw running close to the max, and the burner assembly is filthy. Recommend these repairs to ensure proper functioning
