Arrived on site to do a routine hvac maintenance for winter/heating season, I checked over all electrical motors and components to ensure they were running up to manufacture specifications, I also checked all safety’s and limit switches associated with the natural gas pilot and ignition. Performed extensive CO test for safety purposes. I found the customers inducer motor amp draw running close to the max, and the burner assembly is filthy. Recommend these repairs to ensure proper functioning
