Have used United AC since 2004 (was Environmental AC, then ELS AC- same 1-800 number) and the techs and service are great- know what they're doing and explain it well. This new purchase was not expected but was best option for the situation, as explained by Dom. Price was very good, based on product and what we knew others had paid for similar purchase/ repair service. Anticipate new complete unit in 3 days! Got the old one working until then.
