Came to residence for prepaid WSC tune-up on a '94 ac system. Equipment functional upon arrival. Upon inspection of the outdoor condenser, I found all systems are functioning correctly. All electrical and mechanical components are operating properly. All electrical measurements are good. Moving inside, I found the 16x25x1 filter is dirty and needs to be replaced. I also found that the blower wheel is extremely dirty and should be cleaned as soon as possible. All other factors and components checked out well.
