Service call on furnace and AC tuneup. Found furnace not operating today due to a faulty flame sensor. Flame sensor was not too dirty but was not reading correctly. Replaced flame sensor entirely and system is now reading as it should. Ac tune up Tuneup on a 2005 Rheem air conditioner. System is starting to show some Signs of wear. Found both blower motor capacitor and outdoor capacitor measuring slightly weak. I have included an estimate to replace both of these capacitors. All other electrical components and temperature splits are correct at this time. System is running properly upon departure.
