Came to residence for prepaid WSC tune-up on a '17 ac system. Equipment functional upon arrival. Upon inspection of the indoor systems, I found the 16x25x4 filter is starting to get dirty but is fine for another few months. All electrical and mechanical parts are functioning well. The temperature split across the evaporative coil is good and so is the static pressure. The system is clean and running smoothly. Moving outside, I found all components are operating properly. My electrical measurements are within manufacturer specifications. I cleaned the disconnect and condenser. Overall, the unit is in good shape. See health report card for any specific information.
