Came to residence for prepaid WSC tune-up on a '13 ac system. Equipment functional upon arrival. Upon inspection of the indoor systems, I found all electrical and mechanical components are operating properly. The temperature split across the evaporative coil is good, indicating there is a proper charge of refrigerant in the system. The static pressure is great and the internals are clean. Moving outside, I found all parts on the condenser are functioning correctly and all my electrical measurements are well within manufacturer specifications. I mentioned we now offer annual water heater maintenance as part of the Western Savings Club and also that they are up for renewal for their program membership for their furnace and ac.
