Came to residence for prepaid WSC tune-up on a '17 ac system. Equipment functional upon arrival. Upon inspection of the indoor systems, I found the blower wheel and evaporative coil were dirty, like last time, but the homeowners elected to do the cleanings. I performed the cleanings and the static pressure is now where is should be and the internal components are operating much more smoothly. All other components and measurements are within manufacturer specifications. Moving outside to the condenser, I found the electrical and mechanical components are operating properly.
