Our technician Kade Cook was extremely knowledgeable and resolved an issue in 5 minutes that the technician that came last year wasn’t able to resolve or find the source of, even after taking everything apart. He also went above and beyond to help fix it, which was a little outside of his duties. He helped educate us and was very friendly and quick. I will always request Kade if I encounter a problem, he is the best at thinking outside the box to troubleshoot and resolve out-of-the ordinary problems.
