Call no heat. Power coming to indoor and outdoor units but system was not coming on. Went outside and suspected there potentially to be a leak, used refrigerant detector and did not find anything with meter and out gauges on to see if there was any red flags with pressure readings and system is basically flat with no refrigerant inside. Ideally before we just start adding refrigerant into the unit and having it leak out again we locate where the leak is and fix it at that point. In order to do this we would want to perform a nitrogen pressure test and then vacuum the line set down and has long as the line set passes those tests we can begin adding refrigerant.
