Came to residence for prepaid WSC tune-up on a '12 ac system. Equipment functional upon arrival. Upon inspection of the indoor systems, I found all mechanical and electrical components are operating properly. The temperature split is good indicating there is proper refrigerant levels. The static pressure is excellent and all systems are functioning well. Moving outside, I found the condenser is in great shape. The fan motor is leaking some oil and is not very free moving, indicating it is starting to die. I tried adding some light oil to the axle but this will likely not help the motor very much at all. All other components are operating properly and all electrical measurements are within manufacturer specifications. See health report card for any specific information.
