Getting the job done right is a given - you expect that. The “icing on the cake” is how friendly and informative the techs are; I’ve had a few over the years and all have listened, answered questions and explained what was going on - friendly guys. A couple of years ago they were replacing an old furnace in a difficult space. The company owner (Ryan) stopped by to see how it was going - hadn’t met him before and haven’t talked to him since. But he saw me unloading a ton of wood pellets from my pickup, came over and grabbed a bag and said, “Let me help.” He worked beside me for the next 15 minutes until they were all unloaded and stacked. Now when a company owner understands customer service like that, you can believe his employees do as well. And they do - you can take that one to the bank. On a 1-to-5, they get a six.
