Sure happy Western Heating & Air service is available 24/7. Late Friday after noon I discovered my AC was not cooling the house even though the outside compressor was still working and the output was freezing up at the unit, but the blower on the furnace was not. I called Western Heating and Air at 7:15 Saturday morning and requested a service man ASAP but preferable by noon. Late in the morning I received a call that it would be scheduled for 3:00 pm. To my surprise at 2:15 one of their excellent service men, Najee Banks arrived and determined the furnace heater motor had to be replaced. He did not have one on his truck,but did have one in their warehouse. When I told him I had a commitment later in the afternoon he said he could come back on Sunday and agreed to make it in the afternoon because I had church commitments in the morning. He returned as promised, installed a new motor and it sure made sleeping again possible Sunday night. I have been a happy customer of Western for over 10 years and still am.
