AC tuneup on a 2014 I CP air conditioning unit. System is in good condition today with all test within manufacture specification. I did find the April air filter to be dirty I replaced it today while I was here with a filter supplied by the customer. I also noticed the water heater did not have a drip leg on the gas line, or an expansion tank. Customer says water heater has been making noises and will be replacing it within the next year. I have included an estimate for replacement of water heater, as well as and addition of an expansion tank, and to add flow tech technology to reduce mineral deposits on tank. AC is up and running upon departure.
