Came to residence for prepaid MSC tune-up on a '02 ac system. Equipment functional upon arrival. Upon inspection of the outdoor condenser, we found the fan motor and contactor are starting to show their age but are still functioning well. All other components are good to go. Moving inside, we found that everything was operating as it should and within manufacturer specifications. See health report card for any specific information. I mentioned we now offer annual water heater maintenance as part of the Western Savings Club for $120 a year for maintenance. Homeowner declined for now but will consider.
