The furnace tune-up was performed by 2 very friendly, knowledgeable technicians, Ty and ... ( sorry I am horrible at remembering names). They were here on time and accomplished their work in a very timely manner. They explained what they had found and then were on their way. I would definitely recommend them and Western to anyone looking for Heating and Air Conditioning care. I remain a loyal customer. Sandy
