AC tune up refer to health inspection report. Filter dirty, history gathered filter was replaced in December, so only 4-5 months of use shouldn’t make the filter look as dirty as it did. There’s likely a fair amount of dust and debris in the return ductwork that ideally is cleaned up thoroughly to keep filters clean and overall equipment and home air healthier. There are things that can also be done to help keep ducts cleaner and home air more clean in the long run by adding in an Air Purifier. Equipment is running well with no problems at this current time there are some proactive measures we can take to help keep equipment running longer and protecting the warranty status of equipment. Recommendations being wet switch given close proximity to water heater and surge protection for both indoor and outdoor equipment and a hard start to keep compressor motor healthy and strong.
