Brandon was careful with shoe coverings & did not bring snow in. He was very knowledgeable about heat pumps & air handlers (furnaces) and shared that with me. He had patience answering all my questions. I appreciated his honesty in giving me pros & cons and suggesting I may need a new heat pump rather than plowing money into my 25 yr. old Carrier.
