I've gone to Wolcott for plumbing related services for a few years now (replaced water heater, emergency call when a toilet was flooding, and this time to drain the water heater) and each time has been great, which is why I call back. I know that I can drain my own water heater having done it once before, but realized that I kept pushing the maintenance (2 years now). When I saw their current discount for the flush, I booked right away.
