Performed single system for preventative maintenance check on a Lennox natural gas furnace. Checked all safeties electrical components and temperature differentials. All checks are good at this time. Recommended whole house media filter installation to prevent multiple 1 inch filter changes.
Installing a new Trane / Nexia thermostat per building request This thermostat has Wi-Fi capabilities and can control air conditioning and heating from anywhere along with home automation products that can be purchased in the future. Assisted customer in creating an account and pairing up thermostat and complimentary light control module. Went over indoor air quality products and system enhancements. Customer purchase media filter to prevent multiple 1 inch filter changes every month.
Replacing existing thermostats for new construction homeowner per the Builder. Installed 2 Trane/ Nexia Wifi capable thermostats and went over basics with customer. Showed customer system enhancements and maintenance plans.
