Performed first check on a new spring maintenance plan. Customer took the initiative on a brand new home and is going to have routine checks to keep system running correctly and help prevent issues. Worked on a Lennox gas furnace straight cooling system. System is functioning great. Cleaned off condenser coil to help keep efficiency up and prevent breakdowns. Cleared out drain line to help prevent drainage issues as well
