Carol and I believe we made the right decision when we chose Wortman Central Air Conditioning to replace our home's existing furnaces, air conditioning systems and to "encapsulate" the crawl space. Virginia Sellers was professional, knowledgeable, and patient. Ms.Sellers offered us a real sense of confidence, both in the Wortman company and in our decision to invest in what (for us) was an expensive home project. Choua, was an awesome crew chief. He was organized, thorough, efficient, paid attention to details, and considerate of the home owner. And Willey, who led the "encapsulation crew" has my complete admiration! Faced with a really filthy & cramped crawl space, he doggedly persevered to complete the job. By their uncomplaining and determined efforts, he and his crew worked a "crawl space transformation", for which Carol and I are most grateful! I would also like to compliment Beverly, who was a pleasure to talk with. Who greeted each of my calls with a happy spirit and with efficiency. Lastly, I was very impressed that Bob "The Boss" took the time to visit our home to inspect the work-site. His demonstration of a "picky" personal interest in our project conveyed the message that he recognized that, beyond a work-site, this is a "home". And that was as important gesture that put our minds at ease! (His idea to reroute the upstairs duct-work, effectively doubling our existing attic space was brilliant!) In closing; Carol and I are very pleased with the air cond. & furnace units, the the crews that installed them, the encapsulation project and that crew, the leadership of each crew, the supervision of both projects, and the congenial attitude of all involved.
