When you order something, especially something expensive and complicated, you've always got worries about what will somehow go wrong. Not this time! Wortman's Central Air Conditioning came through with a fair price and EXCELLENT service. The installers arrived on time, worked hard and, cleaned up behind themselves. They made sure that I had no questions when they finished, walked me through everything they'd done, ensured I knew how to operate everything and were both friendly and professional throughout. I was upgrading our old HVAC system to a newer, bigger one and changing out the thermostat. Virginia was thorough but not pushy with her quote, making certain that I understood my options. Willie and Choua did a great job with the installation, within days of the original quote. I'm totally pleased and happy!
