Dear Wortman: This has been a nightmare to say the least and should have never happened....hence the one star rating! It all started with the spring service check (Zack) and the air conditioner has not been the same since. This is a new heat and air unit...not even two years old. As of today, two techs have been sent out to try and fix the problem Zack caused! This is very concerning to me regarding not only the price I had to pay for the new unit, but the incompetent service techs. At this point I am questioning whether they are licensed. I am hoping that Benjie Johnson was able to repair the problem last night, but time will tell it. He was very kind, spent over an hour working on the unit and seemed knowledgeable. We have used Wortman for over 50 years and this kind of incompetency does not speak well for your reputation and referrals. I would suggest that you take a long, hard and serious look at Zack and his ability. It's very obvious he does not have a clue as to what he is doing and it's costing you money and the customers frustration and time. I also request that he is NEVER sent to my house again for any spring or fall checks. Thank you

While all of our techs are certified, you're right- we failed to live up to the high standard we set for ourselves.
