Overall disappointing. False advertisement with $7.95/room organic steam clean. The technician then says the whole room needs a preconditioning and sanitizing treatment. Price goes from estimated $60 to $600. The carpets unfortunately don't look clean, just damp. There are actual stains that I see now and didn't before! Also the floral smell is very strong and I needed to open all the windows for 6 hours-don't do in cold weather!
