#1 service. Issue of no start was due to dead battery. Once customer installed his own battery he accidentally unplugged the mixer from the controller. Mixer being unplugged was 100% of all further issues. A new battery of proper size was installed and charging system was inspected. Charging system is operating properly. Generator has faulted in the past for RPM Sense Loss but firmware has never been updated. Firmware was updated from 1.10 to 1.15. A simulated power outage was performed and generator was allowed to power home for roughly 20 minutes without any issue. While generator was running fuel pressure was inspected and is set at 11”.
