Overspeed fault is being caused by faulty ignition coils. When coil on #1 cylinder is unplugged, generator is started and allowed to run, generator rpm stays at 3600 and does not fault. When coil on cylinder #2 is unplugged and generator is started, the rpm rises above 3600 to above 3800. With both coils plugged up the rpm reaches well over 4400. Will need to order the coils and ground wire and return to make repairs. Unit has P.T.L warranty until 9/2/23. Repairs will be covered under warranty.
