customer requested service for a GE GTW720BSN1WS washer because the unit was making loud noises. Unit tested ok without any clothes. When observing the customer load the washer they were loading the tub unbalanced. Instructed customer to evenly distribute the load to balance the tub and unit is now working as designed.
