TECH: Steven PRODUCT (Brand & Type): LG Dryer STYLE: MODEL: DLG5988S SERIAL: SERVICE CALL: $155.00 ISSUE: My dryer is a LG TROMM Model DLG5988S. There is a loud banging noise when the dryer is in operation which makes me think the drum support rollers are faulty/need to be replaced. No issues with heating or drying clothes fully. Any weekday service date is fine, the soonest you can manage would be fantastic, please do not view the preferred service date choices as the only preferred options.
