Reported Problem: H/O Mark CALLED TO to check the refrigerator with ice maker, is not working properly, is making noises, the ice maker is not working, the whole fridge is not cooling, so is not basically the whole fridge is not working, noticed about two hours ago. H/o mark said that he would like someone to get there asap because he needs to keep his medicines on the fridge.
