FAILURE TO COMPLY TO ALL OF CUSHMAN & WAKEFIELD REQUIREMENTS WILL RESULT IN NON-PAYMENT OF INVOICE. ONLY IN THE EVENT WHERE THERE ARE ISSUES RELATED TO THE IVR SYSTEM, CAN THE TECHNICIAN(S) BE CHECKED IN AND/PR OUT BY CALLING 855-269-6471 Client states the unit is coding RL when in use. That means they were trying to use the clean washer cycle with clothes in the unit. Ran diagnostics and verified issue. Error F00 E01 was stored. Advised clean washer cycle can not be used with items in the drum. No other faults found.
