Customer requested service for Speed Queen ATEE9ASP176TW01 stacked washer. Client states the unit is noisy when running. They were concerned that the shipping bolts were not removed. Found a missing screw in the front panel that may have been making a noise. Also found unit slightly unlevel. Replaced screw and properly leveled the unit. Also found too much dryer vent installed causing a noise and heating issue. Cut down the dryer vent to a proper length. Tested unit for 30 minutes to verify noise is gone. Unit is working as designed at this time
