TECH: James James was here yesterday, 4/29/22 to repair our freezer cooling and ice maker. After the installation and at the time he left the freezer was displaying a F4 fault code which he thought would go away and then register the temperature. After 24hours the F4 is still showing, ice maker is not functioning, freezer is cooling....as it froze a bowl of water overnight. From my research the F4 code indicates a evaporator or evaporator sensor problem. Clear F4 fault, realign sensor, restart icemaker sequence , call engineering for program access and test every function on freezer, all checked ok. Making ice and no more fault code
