CONCERN: Customer reports freezer section is not cooling properly, building frost. CAUSE: Found refrigeration system low on refrigerant and defrost timer not defrosting as designed. CORRECTION: Recharged system, replaced defrost timer and tested. Operation now normal. Note: NO GUARANTEE ON RECHARGING SYSTEM. Since a refrigerator that is low on freon has a known leak we cannot guarantee performance of the unit after freon has been refilled. When a welded unit is low on freon it has leaked out, however we cannot determine the rate at which a leak is. Customer has acknowledged that this is a temporary fix only and is not to be considered a long lasting repair.
