CONCERN: Customer reports refrigerator making noise from fan area DIAGNOSTIC AND CAUSE: during visit could not duplicate customer had defrost refrigerator. Refrigerator had ice build up around fan area CORRECTION: installed a aux heater on evaporator coil line and tested. Operation now normal. No leaks upon completion. 2n concern: ice maker frost build up. Service bulletin has been performed. Found air leak around ice room. Resealed ice rooms.
