CONCERN: Customer reports refrigerator is not cooling. CAUSE: Refrigerator is low on freon. CORRECTION: Installed refrigerator dye pack as part of diagnostic process. Dye pack is a UV dye that will stain the area in which the leak is coming from. Once the freon has leaked back out, technician will be able to determine the exact source of the freon leak and make the appropriate repair.
