CONCERN: Customer reports microwave is not working properly. CAUSE: Tested Microwave door switches for continuity, found microwave interlock door switches have electrical short and failed. CORRECTION: Replace microwave interlock door switches and tested. Operation now normal. CONCERN: Customer reports that the dishwasher is not cleaning the dishes. CAUSE: Dishwasher has soap and scum build up. CORRECTION: Performed dishwasher cabinet clean out, cleaned dishwasher sump and chopper area to remove debris. Cleaned spray arms as best as possible, installed citrus acid solution and ran machine to disinfect and clean spray ports and sump area of mold and mildred residue. Operation now normal. No leaks upon completion.
